Ba Tu has successfully accomplished several contractual projects in China since joining DrillCorp in 2007, receiving high credits from the clients for cost effective performance undertaken by the Chinese national team he assembled and trained to DrillCorp standard.  With over 10 years of experience in the exploration & drilling industry with such organizations as Quest Geological Consultant, EDCO (Exploration Drilling Company of Philippines) and Bradley Drilling, Ba Tu has developed extensive experience in successfully operating in extremely isolated and remote areas across China. He is operative in logistics, procurement, project coordination and skillful in handling local affairs throughout China. His attention to detail and keen work ethic, having lived and worked throughout China and surrounding Central Asia ensured his fit to DrillCorp. Ba Tu works out of the DrillCorp China Kunming office overseeing the China drilling operations.

Jun is a Registered Filipino Mining Engineer with vast experience in Copper & Gold Mining. He worked with Philex-Batong Buhay Mines from 1982 to 1986. He then joined Atlas Mining-Masbate Gold Operations as the Division Manager for Underground Operations from 1990 to 1996.  Jun then joined Atlas Ventures Tunneling Group that pioneered the Civil Construction of the 25 Kilometer Casecnan Water Conveyance Tunnel and in 1997 he was then offered another tunneling job with Sta. Clara-Transfield (Australia) Philippines and completed the 10.37 Kilometer Bakun Water Conveyance Tunnel in 2001. During his position with Bakun Project, he was sent to the United States to observe and study the operations of a hard rock tunnel boring machine (TBM) for possible applications in future projects. After a short consultancy job with Transfield, he was  called abroad to head three separate Hydro-Tunnel Projects of International Blaster Construction Company of Thailand,  with Balfour Beatty Engineering and Swedish Power as the consultants.  As a Mining Engineer, his services were also required by Asean Potash Mining of Thailand where he was sent to Germany to finalize the Mine Construction Plan & estimates with Deilmann-Haniel. Jun worked in Thailand for three years, until he decided to go back to the Philippines to join Leighton Contractors in the Mine & Mill construction of La-Fayette Mines (RapuRapu Mining) at Albay province. He headed the Safety Group, Security and Community Relations during the pioneering and construction stage of the mine. Jun was later on assigned as the Country Safety Manager of Leighton until he resigned and joined DrillCorp in 2006. He was first assigned in Malaysia, then Laos and China based exploration drilling projects. In the same year, DrillCorp Philippines Inc. was incorporated and Jun was handpicked to lead the country where he is currently the Philippines General Manager. Aside from being a Mining-Tunnel Engineer, Jun also holds a Master¡¯s Degree in Business Management.

Michael obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia.  With more than 14 years of experience in IT industry running as consultant and supplier for IT hardware and software and services before joining DrillCorp in 2008.  He has been the President for the Sarawak Computer Sales & Services Association (2007-2008) in East Malaysia.  At present, Michael is responsible to oversee the IT requirements for DrillCorp Group of Companies.  He plans and manages DrillCorp¡¯s Server and workstations for all offices across the South East Asia Region.  He is also responsible to design and maintain DrillCorp¡¯s website and Technical Portal.
