Swee received her Advanced Diploma in Accounting from the University of Abertay Dundee, Scotland. Presently, she is in her final stage of completing the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) professional course. She hass been an Executive Director since 2000 and CEO of Malaysia since 2021.

Connie joined DrillCorp Philippines, Inc. as the CFO/Accountant in May 2018 and was promoted to CEO in May 2025. She graduated at University of Baguio with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
